At Holly Trade, we take great pride in creating high-quality, fan-made Kpop stickers designed especially for fans like you. Before placing an order, we encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and photos to ensure satisfaction. Since each item is custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please review the policy in detail below:
1. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products being custom fan-made stickers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items. This policy helps ensure the integrity and quality of the items you receive, which are designed and produced with care.
2. No Refunds
Once your order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the rare event that an error occurs in your order, we will work to resolve it (see "Order Issues" below).
3. Order Issues or Damaged Products
While we do not offer refunds or returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or contains incorrect items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hellohollytrade@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- 1Photos of the damaged product or incorrect items
- A description of the issue
We will promptly review the information and, if applicable, send a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Shipping Delays
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by courier services or customs. We do our best to provide estimated delivery times, but once the package is in transit, any delays are beyond our control.
5. Customer Responsibility
To avoid any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction, please carefully review the following before purchasing:
- Product descriptions and dimensions
- The correct Kpop group, idol, or design selected
- Shipping address details
We are not responsible for any errors made by customers during the ordering process.
